Over 50 Aerobics is a fun class tailored to the over 50′s. Mainly low impact but high impact options given. Great routines for supple fit bodies – rhythm dance and tone.
Vinysa Flow Yoga is a dynamic practice that involves moving from one posture to the next on an inhale and exhale. This technique of connecting postures with the breath is fantastic for improving strength, balance and flexibility.
Pilates is a mat based class where your body will become leaner and longer, it will also be more supple and stronger. The body becomes toned by not bulky, with strength coming from within. Some of the benefits are toned arms, defined waist, firmer buttocks and thighs, greater bone density and less cellulite.
Mens Core Stability and Stretch using the principles of Yoga, Pilates and Body Weight Training you can improve strength, balance and flexibility.
Salsa DX uses the very latest in the best Latin music where you can burn upto 600kcal per hour. Hot salsa body moves help to target those problem areas – abs, bums, legs and tums and you can add in upper body moves for the total body workout – it’s fun and totally addictive!
Tai Chi hand form, with its graceful movements and alert actions, resembles a classic dance. The hand form offers a balance drill to the body’s muscles and joints. This serves to increase the well being of all the organs of the body. Although Tai Chi may appear to some, to be an easy option, like other martial arts it requires commitment and dedication, to get the best from it. Like anything else in life, the more you put in the more you get out.
