How fast can you burn 190kcal on the bike, equivalent to 12 mini eggs.          

Brilliant uptake last month so just changed the machine to workout on.

How fast can you burn 190kcal on the treadmill, equivalent to 12 mini eggs.

January & February 2011

THE CHALLENGE

50 x Squat thrusts, 1km bike ride, 50 x Star jumps, 1 km bike ride, 50 x skips

Set the stop watch at the beginning of the challenge and then keep it running until you have finished the entire challenge and record your overall time.

Entering the challenge helps keep the gym boredom away.  GOOD LUCK.
